Do I need an existing online store?

No. A physical hobby shop can begin with a complete CSV or XLSX export from its POS and add product images inside the seller workspace.

Does Top Fun RC replace my POS?

No. Your POS remains the store’s operating system. The marketplace imports or connects inventory data and provides a separate workspace for online submissions and orders.

Will every submitted product go live?

No. Your shop confirms the catalog first, then Top Fun RC reviews products before they enter the Shopify publishing workflow.

How do product images work?

Sellers can import image URLs, upload their own authorized photos, and arrange multiple images per product before submitting the catalog.

What happens when a customer orders?

The seller workspace shows the shop’s assigned items, shipping details, earnings, and fulfillment status. The agreed fulfillment model determines who supplies the label and how the order is shipped.
